In this organization, administrator’s post of Junior Help Desk Consultant is the person who assists at the same time the exploitation administrators and the telecoms analysts in:

– The collection of documents (charge telecoms, contracts, etc.) regularly or punctually necessary in missions of advice and management outsourced by telecoms.

– The validation of certain recommendations of costs telecoms optimization, beforehand identified by the telecoms analysts (deletion of useless lines, etc.)
