Audit Platform” TIGERS II" and Extranet "Telcollector”

It allows us to respond to analysis needs, inventory taking, fact sharing and follow up of the telecom and energy cost cutting possibilities within large enterprises.

Backed by years of experience with software analysis tools
for telecom invoices (150 Top Accounts inBelgium
between 1993 and 1998), the founders of Neoditel designed and developed
their own software to boost audit efficiency and shorten the time of the
exercise.
Advantages of the TIGERS application:

all electronic invoicing types used by the telecom and energy suppliers
(datasheets, load curves,…)

screen to add typical information and achieve a more refined interpretation of
the consolidated figures in the audit reports
- export function to Excel allowing simulations and
research of different scenarios

automatically generates annexes to the audit reports: inventory of lines,
contracts, options, equipment, contact details, relevant telephone exchange
info, etc.
Telcollector, Secure Web Portal
TIGERS II has a dual interface (send and receive) with our
Extranet site « Telcollector ». This specialised site is used for large audits,
and allows technicians to inform us of all relevant information in respect of
their contracts, infrastructures, supplier contacts, etc. Input is therefore
secure, at all times and everywhere, through a simple Internet connection and a
standard Web browser.
Once the information gathering phase is complete, the
details are directly uploaded into the TIGERS II application to update the
database.
The technological performance in function of an efficient audit is one of the key pillars of Neoditel, and the main reason why we invest heavily into the development of high technological tools.
