Win-Win Remuneration
As proof of the efficiency of our audit methodology, the remuneration is to a large extent based on a % of the realised cost gains, achieved by the customer as a result of the proposed recommendations accepted in the terms of the audit. This practically eliminates the financial risk for the customer; a system better known as « No Cure No Pay », also sometimes referred to as « Success Fee ».
The remuneration rules are calculated as follows:
Phase 1: Inventory TelcoSTATUS (telecom) or PowerSTATUS (energy)
Collecting, validating and consolidating all information to achieve an overview of the existing infrastructures and the current cost. The invoicing is calculated according to the formula [Time spent] x [Daily rate] because the end report provides a significant intrinsic value because of the technical and financial visibility the customer receives.
Phase 2: Optimisation TelcoSCANNER (telecom) or PowerSCANNER (energy)
Analysing the invoices and studying the financial flows. All possible cost reduction ways are recorded by Neoditel - and constantly refined – after which they are validated to find the most beneficial scenario, keeping all technical, financial and usability aspects in mind. These recommendations will eventually lead to the expected cost reduction results, in our experience between 13 and 43%.
The remuneration of this phase is calculated on a percentage of the achieved cost gain and/or the sums recuperated by the customer as a result of the recommendations. It is important to note that this remuneration will only become payable as a result of the recommendations accepted by the customer during the period of the audit, which means there is no contractual obligation. The customer remains at all times entirely free in his choice, from beginning to end of the audit, which is a main principle of our cooperation.
Phase 3: Assistance and follow up through TelcoASSIST (telecom) or PowerASSIST (energy)
A proposal to assist with the administrative and financial management of telecom and/or energy costs to ensure that costs remain at their lowest possible level. This can be a one-year or multiple-year contract.
The proposal includes all or parts of the following services:
The assistance ensure that the telecom and/or energy budgets remain transparent, constant and under control.
Complementary Services : TelcoTRAINING or PowerTRAINING
A service which provides personnel training to perpetuate the optimisation/modification and management of telecom and energy cost gains.
This is mainly aimed at improving the behavioural attitude of personnel in order to achieve the widest compliance possible and guarantee maximum adherence.
Training sessions are invoiced per day and in function of the number of participants and can be part of an on-going company training plan.
