Phase 1:
An in-depth inventory with TelcoSTATUS (telecom) or PowerSTATUS (energy)
• We compile a systematic and extensive inventory of the
total telecom, whether fixed, mobile, or data, and the energy infrastructure.
• A rigorous analysis of the contracts,
invoices and accounts gives total transparency of the financial flows.
This is a fundamental phase, as the audit makes an in depth
analysis of the cost involved in energy and telecom, through which we can
identify any potential cost reductions.
Phase 2:
Recommended cost reductions with TelcoSCANNER (telecom) or PowerSCANNER (energy)
• We identify and validate possible optimisation
tracks with the customer and his suppliers.
• An
overview of the recommendations and calculation of the advantages are set out in
a clear and concise audit report.
Relentlessly, TelcoSCANNER and PowerSCANNER, identifies all routes which could reveal a possible reduction in energy and telecom costs. The auditor investigates the leads and picks out the one most applicable to your company. As a totally independent expert, the auditor works alongside you to understand what makes your company tick, the needs of the workforce, and collects the required information. With your authorisation, he contacts the suppliers and enquires as to the services they deliver to you.
Each optimisation track is rigorously set out in a
technical and financial usability overview, supported by surveys and telephone
discussions between the responsible person within your company and the energy
and telecom supplier.
The auditor calculates the annual
gains of your company, and sets them out in a Final Audit Report namely the «
TelcoSCANNER Report » or « PowerSCANNER Report ».
Phase 3:
Total follow-up from initial phase through to completion via TelcoASSIST (telecom) or PowerASSIST (energy)
• We can be the unique point of contact between the
company and the telecom and energy suppliers. This ensures an in-depth diagnosis
of the total request, efficient information flow between supplier and customer,
and ensures timely follow-up from supplier until final and total completion.
